Most of you know my story, but if you don’t, hi! I’m Jen :) I lost 100 pounds in one year through diet & exercise and it changed my entire life. I did this while working and raising a kiddo, so I understand feeling like you’re “too busy.” I help women who already have their plate full find balance & teach them how to prioritize themselves so that they can continue showing up for everyone in their life!
I had the privilege of working with @jens_journey for close to two years. Not only has she helped me lose weight, heal my relationship with my body and food, and made me fall back in love with strength training, but she’s become such a good friend, sounding board and supporter.
